Exterior Before and After

We had had all the rotted wood - the stairs, the railings and the doors replaced.
All the decking on the second and third floor replaced- it was all sagging and leaking onto the floors below as it wasn't built with proper support or with proper waterproofing. Still not finished but it's come a long way baby!
I love the new color too.
